No two days are exactly the same, but here is a taste of what to expect.
If you are on the front desk, your morning starts with getting the check-in stations ready, reviewing the day's reservations, and greeting the first guests as they arrive. You will handle ticket sales, process waivers, answer questions about activities, and point people in the right direction. On busy days, the line moves fast and the energy is high.
On the grounds crew, you are out on the property early, raking the beach, cleaning restrooms, checking trash cans, and making sure every corner of the park looks great before the gates open. Throughout the day, you are moving around the 15-acre site keeping things tidy. It is physical, it is outdoors, and it keeps you moving.
If events are your thing, you might spend the morning setting up tables and decorations for a birthday party, then spend the afternoon hosting the party itself, making sure the kids are having a blast and the parents are relaxed. On weekends, you could be helping coordinate a corporate outing or a group field trip for 200 people.

Customer Service
Front Desk Attendant
You are the first person every guest interacts with. Handle check-in, ticket sales, waiver processing, and general park information. If you are friendly, organized, and can stay calm when it gets busy, this role is perfect for you.

Guest Services Associate
Roam the park and proactively help guests. Answer questions, give directions, solve problems, and make sure everyone is having the best time possible. Think of yourself as a park ambassador.

Pro Shop Attendant
Run the Pro Shop. Help guests with equipment rentals, sell merchandise and gear, and keep the shop organized. If you are into water sports or retail, this is a fun way to spend the summer.

Grounds and Maintenance
Grounds Crew
Keep the park looking its best. Maintain beach areas, walkways, restrooms, and common areas. You will be outside all day on a beautiful lakefront property. If you prefer physical work over sitting at a register, this one is for you.

Maintenance Technician
Handle repairs and upkeep of park facilities and infrastructure. Troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and keep everything running safely. Some mechanical aptitude or handy skills are helpful for this role.

Setup / Teardown Crew
Help set up and break down for daily park operations, events, and parties. Move tables, chairs, tents, and equipment. Early morning and evening shifts available. Great if you want to work hard and get your hours in.

Events and Parties
Event Coordinator
Plan and execute birthday parties, corporate outings, and private functions at the park and at The Silos Event Center. Coordinate with guests and vendors to deliver memorable experiences. Organizational skills and a calm demeanor under pressure are key.

Party Host
Lead birthday parties and group celebrations. Greet party guests, coordinate activities, manage the party area, and make sure every kid (and parent) has a great time. Enthusiastic, high-energy people thrive in this role.

Event Setup Crew
Transform spaces for events and parties. Set up tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment. Break everything down afterwards. You will work closely with the Event Coordinator to make sure every event space looks perfect.

What We're Looking For
We care about attitude and effort, not your resume.
Age 16+
Most roles are open to anyone 16 and older. Some positions (maintenance technician, event coordinator) prefer 18+. A valid work permit is required if you are under 18.
No Experience Needed
Seriously. We will train you on everything. What we cannot teach is a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard. Bring those, and we will handle the rest.
