Getting on the water is simple. Here is everything you need to know before your visit.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and start every hour on the hour. Reserve your spot online in advance. Sessions fill up fast on weekends, so do not wait!
Get to the park at least 30 minutes before your session for check-in and life jacket fitting. Make sure your waiver is already completed online before you arrive. Late arrivals may miss session time.
Grab your Coast Guard approved life jacket (provided free) and hit the course! Climb, slide, bounce, and splash for 50 minutes of nonstop fun.
The Aqua Park is a massive floating playground anchored on the lake at Velocity Island Park. It features dozens of interconnected obstacles including slides, climbing walls, trampolines, balance beams, monkey bars, swings, and launch pads.
Your 50-minute session gives you free reign to explore the entire course at your own pace. Challenge your friends to race across the balance beams, launch off the trampolines, or see who can make it across the monkey bars without falling in.
Lifeguards are stationed throughout the course, and the water around the obstacles is deep enough for safe splashing but manageable for confident swimmers. Life jackets keep everyone safe and afloat.
Pack light! Here is your checklist for a great day on the Aqua Park.
Wear your swimsuit under your clothes or change when you arrive. Changing rooms are available on site.
Bring your own towel to dry off after your session. Towels are not provided by the park.
Apply reef-safe sunscreen before your session. The sun reflects off the water, so extra protection is a must.
Water shoes, sandals, and any footwear are not allowed on the aqua park obstacles. Barefoot only for your safety and to protect the equipment.
You will be soaked! Bring dry clothes to change into after your session, especially if you are heading to Costa Fuego for food.
Stay hydrated! Bring a refillable water bottle. You will be more active than you think out on the course.
Whether you are planning a party, a family day out, or a team-building event, the Aqua Park delivers an unforgettable experience.
The most popular birthday party in Yolo County. Combine Aqua Park sessions with a private cabana, wood-fired pizza, and a dedicated party host.
Party packagesThe whole family can get on the course together. Kids love racing their parents across the obstacles, and everyone ends up in the water laughing.
Drop off the teens for a session and let them burn off energy on 30,000 sq ft of inflatable fun. Way better than a movie or the mall.
Nothing builds teamwork like trying to cross a floating balance beam together. Group rates and private sessions available for corporate outings.

That is completely normal, especially for first-timers! Our lifeguards are stationed throughout the course and are trained to help nervous participants feel comfortable. Kids can float alongside the course and observe before jumping on. There is absolutely no pressure to attempt any obstacle they are not comfortable with. Most kids who start out nervous end up not wanting to leave!
