Waivers
All participants in water activities must have a signed waiver on file before entering the water. Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign. We strongly recommend completing waivers online before your visit to speed up check-in for your group.
Complete waiversChaperone ratios
We recommend a minimum of one adult chaperone for every 8 to 10 children. For groups with children under 6, we suggest one adult for every 5 children. Chaperones must remain on-site and actively supervise their group at all times.
Arrival and parking
Bus and large vehicle parking is available on-site. Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled activity time to allow for check-in and safety briefings. Contact us in advance if you have specific parking needs for multiple buses.

What is the minimum group size for group rates?

Can younger children participate if they don't meet the aqua park age requirement?
Yes. Children under 6 who cannot use the aqua park can enjoy the swim beach, play on the sand, and participate in non-water activities. There is plenty for younger kids to do while older participants are on the aqua park or wakeboarding.
Do you accommodate groups with special needs or accessibility requirements?
Absolutely. Our facilities are ADA accessible, and our staff is experienced in accommodating groups with diverse needs. Please let us know about any specific requirements when you contact us so we can plan accordingly.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance, especially during the summer season (May through September). Popular dates fill up quickly. The earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we have with scheduling.
