Youth group events should be more than pizza in the fellowship hall (no offense to fellowship hall pizza). A day at Velocity Island gives your group real experiences: conquering the aqua park obstacle course, learning to wakeboard, floating on paddle boards, or just hanging out on the beach together. It is the kind of day that builds friendships and creates stories they will be retelling for years.
We are located in Woodland, CA, just 20 minutes from Sacramento and right next to Davis and UC Davis. Close enough for a day trip from anywhere in the region.

Aqua Park
A giant inflatable obstacle course on the lake. Climbing walls, trampolines, slides, and balance beams. This is the crowd favorite and the one everyone will be posting about.

A sandy beach with calm, shallow water perfect for wading and swimming. Palapas provide shade, and it is the ideal spot for your group's home base.

Groups of 20 or more receive discounted rates on park activities. Contact us for a custom quote based on your group size and which activities you want to include.

All guests need a signed waiver before entering the water. Send the waiver link to your group ahead of time so everyone can complete them online. No paperwork at check-in, no delays.

Costa Fuego, our lakefront restaurant, offers wood-fired pizza, tacos, sushi, burgers, and more. We can set up group meal packages, or your group is welcome to bring your own food and set up at your reserved beach site.

Lifeguards are on duty at the aqua park, swim beach, and wakeboard areas during all operating hours. Our staff is trained in water safety and first aid. Parents and group leaders can relax knowing everyone is in good hands.
Need Indoor Space?
The Silos Event Center is right here on the property. If your group needs a space for a meeting, worship session, or indoor gathering before or after your day at the park, The Silos has you covered.
Covered event space, courtyard, and private lakefront access. It is a great option for groups that want to combine outdoor fun with a more structured indoor component.
